April Newsletter and Updates

It is officially Spring here in Missouri! I guess some people count the month of March as spring, but around here, March was NOT spring-like at all. We experienced a lot of icy weather and even some flurries! You never can tell in this state what's going to happen!

The biggest news I have for this month is that Transcended by Earth should be coming out at the end of it!

I have moved back Blooming Camellia to July because I want to make sure it is the best book possible, and I just cannot do that by the end of April. Moving Transcended by Earth was a hard decision, but I found some areas I wanted to work on in the book rather than release it as is. I know this may be disappointing, but I want to give you all the best quality I can, and to do that, I need to have more time on some of these. All dates are flexible, so just keep in mind some may not come out exactly when they're scheduled. It just depends on how writing and editing goes.

Next, for my Kickstarter backers on An Exclusive Proposition, I'm happy to report it is in editing right now! I'm hoping to be getting it back within a couple weeks, then it just needs formatting and I can order in all the backers books. Included with all the books will be extra swag as an apology for the late books, and anyone who wants extra books can let me know. I want to try and make up for the tardiness. I trusted an editor, and it was my mistake for thinking she was my friend, and that the constant delays were legitimate. Now I know, she never intended to do the work, she just took my money, and kept putting me off until she ran out the timer on PayPal (which is six months from the date you pay, by the way). I am so frustrated with her betrayal and it hurts because I did consider her a friend. We'd even talked about making an business together, then, when we were past six months from the time I paid her, she blocked me everywhere. I have no idea why someone would do that, but it broke my heart.

This month will see the release of Transcended by Earth, with next month seeing the release of Chasing the Silver Dragon part Two.

One thing not on this graphic, is a Shared Worlds Dark Fairy Tale, my rendition of Little Red Riding Hood for the Sapphire City shared world, called Taming the Wolf. Keep an eye out for more information, as the release is set for October!
